Perfect Flowers To Fill New Vases

My loving husband was away for work recently and happened to come across two absolutely stunning vases and thought immediately about how much I would love them. So he bought them and carefully carried them back home on the plane with him. They arrived without incident and he was as pleased as punch with himself that he had found the perfect gift for his flower-loving wife.

So, as I stood regarding these lovely vases, my creative juices began to flow and I started to imagine the endless possibilities of the arrangements could create in them. Since spring flowers were just beginning to bloom in my part of the country, the obvious choice was to fill them with spring flowers. The only thing that held me back is that the ones I saw at my local florist stores were not in the right shades I was looking for. The more I thought about it, I also realized that I did not want to be handling these lovely, breakable vases on a daily basis just to maintain the flowers. That’s when I thought about silk flowers.

After doing some research, I found just what I was looking for - high quality, intricately handcrafted lifelike silk flowers. I got to choose exactly the colors I wanted that would be perfect in my new vases. Of course the flowers I chose were typical spring flowers, exactly as I had envisioned. However, some of them are early spring flowers, while others are late spring blooms, not a combination that would traditionally or cheaply be put together, but with silk flowers I could play with that kind of thing.

When they arrived I was thrilled with the fact that they were even more beautiful close up than they were in the pictures online. They are so realistic and accurate to the smallest detail. I thoroughly enjoyed arranging them in my beautiful new vases. The arrangement turned out perfectly and is unique to me. The flowers and vases complement each other as if they were made to go together. They are truly a perfect match.

When friends come to visit and notice my beautiful new arrangements, they always take a sniff before they get close enough to realize that the blooms are silk. Sometimes, people will try to covertly finger a leaf to check if it is real. I even caught my husband arguing with his best buddy over whether or not the flowers were artificial or real. Let’s just say, my husband won the bet.
